Things to consider when an employee does not have a timesheet details.

1. Employee has no Calendar Schedule and/or Hired Date in his/her employee profile.
2. Employee's assignment might have an end_date which leads to timesheet only reflect until the end date.  Learn more

Logs are reflected once Timesheet Link is performed. If timelogs are not yet reflected after timesheet link, then timelogs were not successfully uploaded. Validate the source of timelogs to check for possible errors, time stamps and logs status, then try re-uploading. 

Other things to check:

If uploaded thru timelog template:
1. In Data Uploader, Upload Timelogs should be selected.
2. Check Processing logs if error is encountered.
3. Validate template by checking the employee ID, date and time, and status.

If uploaded thru bio textfile:
1. Validate in employee's profile if biometrics ID is correct.
2. There should be three entered spaces at the end of the textfile.
3. Data in the textfile should be properly aligned.
4. Validate Status (In/Out) in textfile if correct.

There might be no Holiday setup in the system.

How to setup Holidays:

1. Go to Time and Attendance > Maintenance > Holidays
2. Click Listing
3. Click Add button.
4. Fill up data fields:
a. Holiday Date – Date of holiday
b. Remarks – Name of holiday
c. Check Non Working
d. Shift Code – select Legal Holiday or Special Holiday
e. Rest Day Code – select Legal Holiday Rest Day or Special Holiday Rest Day
5. Click Insert button.

There might be error in timesheet management. Try to run timesheet management for employee then click View Processing Logs.

Other things to check:

If filed thru Employee Self-service portal:
1. Validate change shift application if date parameters are correct.
2. Application might be late approved.

If change shift is uploaded:
1. Make sure that shift date is not holiday.
2. Validate if there's an error upon uploading.
3. Shift ID must be in Shifts and Day Types setup.

Consider the following for the shift dates.

1. User did not run timesheet management for the whole cutoff. Execute timesheet management to correct the changes in the shifts or schedules.

2. If employee is a new hired, the first shift date in his/her timesheet details is based on his/her Hired Date. Learn more

If you encounter that all employees have no leave entitlement; please consider the following guidelines to follow.

1. check if leave crediting has been done already.
2. if there is leave entitlement for the next year after leave crediting.
3. contact ACLT personnel for data checking.
