    Customer perform acceptance testing (UAT). aclt trains the end-users and transfers or migrates legacy data. Both teams verify that all aspects of the system are ready for Production. Customer plans for production support infrastructure.

  • 05. Production

    Both parties measure and fine tunes system performance; Decommissions old systems while organizational knowledge and skills are improved. The team devotes attention to post-production and operational support.
