Some provisions of the Labor Laws requires companies to install mechanisms and programs to safeguard employees health and safety. This includes making the work environment safe for work and monitoring and reporting to authorities incidents of illness, injuries, or accidents that employees may encounter in the conduct of their functions and duties. This job falls under the realm of human resource management.

Since HR officers and executives are expected to do so many things at the same time, MyPrimeHR has this module that facilitates the nitty gritty of recording and monitoring incidents of illness, injuries, and accidents in the workplace. Health and Safety Module helps HR Officers manage all these and generate reports in compliance with mandatory reportorial requirements of the Department of Labor and Employment.​

Health and Safety module also provides a system to record and manage daily activities in the clinics of manufacturing plants and construction sites. This module is tightly integrated with other modules of MyPrimeHR such as Time and Attendance module for monitoring of Sick Leaves and manhours/mandays without accidents or injuries, and 201 File module for the summary and posting of clinic records of employees to their 201 File.​
