ACLT Computing is Born
ACLT was founded and established in a 2 bedroom apartment in San Juan.
Established to support and develop middleware packages for financial systems,
have had PLDT and Procter and Gamble as its first large customers.

1996
The First Prime
Prime Payroll System was developed as a pure-bred Windows based client server application.
Major clients include Globe Telecoms transferring their payroll from mainframes
to departmental local area network systems. ACLT transfers its office to Makati.
October
1997
Completing The Core
Time and Attendance module was completed. Several big businesses started to implement
Prime including Subic Legend Hotel and Pilipinas Shell. Later that year, employee records
profiling was enhanced giving the way for our third module, the 201 File.
December
1998
Onto The Strategic
The strategic HR modules were designed and conceptualized for advance HR management.
Larger and additional clients started to implement independently Prime System modules
with their unique requirements strengthening Prime System's architecture.

2000
Welcoming The New Century
Prime System was ready for year 2000, including the changes needed for the Philippines'
new Comprehensive Tax Reform Program routines. After more than a year of development and testing,
SM Retail and its affiliates goes live with their Prime Timekeeping System.

2002
Going Local, Getting Global
ACLT Cebu office was established paving way for our first client in Cebu, Waterfront Hotels.
ACLT dominates accross all industries including those in contact center services.
Started to port Prime System from embedded to industrial strength database system, Gupta's' SQLBase
to Microsoft's SQLServer.

2005
myPrime Self Services
Augmenting the suite of Prime System modules, the myPrime employee and manager self services portal
starts to take shape for organizations with thousands of employees like PeopleSupport.
ACLT joined PMAP (People Management Association of the Philippines) holding various committee memberships.

2008
Community Buildup
1BPO Corporation partnered with ACLT to support its outsourced services. Together the
support of its clients from various industries, Prime Users Club was established
with the first HR summit conducted.

2010
From Legacy to Modern
Started to upgrade the legacy Prime Desktop Application to its all web modern version.
Using all Microsoft technologies while preserving the major features and the business
logic on the database servers, client-users experience seemless transfer from one version to another.

2015
Prime System Software... as a Service
ACLT Cebu market grew further with Knowles Electronics implementing its all web version of Prime, myPrime.
As the application performance remains steadfast across internet connections, the business model for
Software as a Service was adopted by Advantek and Lucerne Group of Companies. Teleperformance starts to
use myPrime for its 40,000+ employees.

2018
Covering All Of Philippines
ACLT opens up its Mindanao office in Cagayan De Oro City with 1BPO as its front-end services provider.
Kong Hua High School starts to use our system now aptly named myPrimeHR. Perceptor, our home-grown
Customer Service Management System reaches maturity.

Standing and Renewed
As Pandemic hits globally, ACLT was able to adapt without much interruptions to its services and overall operations.
We help most of our clients with changes on their employee schedules and other flexible arrangements.
ACLT was able to shift to a remote-first policy using its its greatly improved CRM and has not looked back ever since.

myPrimeHR starts its transformation using the best of Microsoft Azure Technology Stack. With the upgrade
comes rich and new feature sets across all of its modules in time for Prime Users Club revival. This is a developing story
