About Usersclub

MyPrime Users Club was established in 2008, more than ten years ago. It started when both ACLT and Users decided to meet together in Dusit Hotel to discuss technical and support issues. It was followed by trainings, seminars, and an HR summit. During the onset of cloud computing, ACLT got busy with migrating all systems to cloud technology and SaaS framework that the Users Club program was put on hold waiting for the right timing to introduce an upgrade path for all existing clients. All these plans changed when pandemic took place in 2020.

How Can We Help?

We noticed that during the time that we had Users Club, the clients and users were sharing knowledge among themselves and even helped each other solve technical problems with MyPrime System. Some of the long time users were happy to help and teach the new users through the initial stages of implementation and post implementation. They would look forward to the next gathering.

This inspired ACLT to bring back this Users Club after years of remote support. This time with new objectives and programs.

  • To encourage client users to migrate to latest versions of MyPrimeHR, preserve their many years of data, and help them convert these data into useful metrics for better use.
  • To help them maximize the new features and functionalities of MyPrimeHR.
  • To help build a community that helps one another learn new things, solve problems, improve processes, and share knowledge and experiences.
  • To discover with Client Users and HR Consultants better ways of managing human resources.
  • To invite new clients and users to participate in this endeavor to grow this community and touch more people and organizations.
