How to delete my Timelogger Account

If you wish to delete your account with us, please follow these steps to ensure your request is processed promptly:

  1. Compose an email to our customer support team at customer.support@myprimehr.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Request for Account Deletion.
  3. In the body of the email, include your account information (such as the registered email address) and explicitly state that you would like your account to be deleted.
  4. Optionally, provide a reason for the account deletion, although this is not required.
  5. Once your email is received, our support team will process your request and confirm the account deletion.
