The HR Staff is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including employee records management, recruitment assistance, benefits administration, and HR compliance. This role ensures the efficient delivery of HR services and helps maintain a positive employee experience aligned with company policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HRIS database.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process: posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting pre-employment requirements.
Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation.
Support timekeeping, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
Assist in processing government benefits and company-initiated programs.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Participate in HR initiatives such as engagement programs, training sessions, and wellness activities.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
