ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Website Management
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimization of the company’s website, ensuring it is user-friendly, responsive, and aligns with the brand's objectives.
- Manage website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and reflects the latest HRIS product features, customer success stories, case studies, and company news.
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, ensuring the website is discoverable by potential clients searching for HRIS solutions.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, identify trends, track KPIs, and generate insights for continuous website improvements.
Social Media Management
- Develop and manage the company’s presence on key social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and others relevant to the HR tech industry).
- Create engaging and informative content, including posts, infographics, videos, and articles that align with the company’s messaging and target audience.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth, specifically targeting decision-makers in HR and IT sectors.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engage with followers, and create conversations around HRIS solutions and HR tech topics.
- Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads) to generate leads, increase website traffic, and build brand awareness.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align digital content and strategies with business goals and client needs.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive engagement and conversions.
- Provide regular reports on website traffic, social media performance, and overall digital marketing KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management are a plus.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in website management, social media marketing, or digital content creation, preferably within an IT or B2B environment.
- Proven experience with website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot, etc.) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), HTML/CSS, and website optimization techniques.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
- Hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating social media posts and website visuals.
- Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, or similar.
