Project Implementation
The System Implementation Program is designed to assist and guide the customer on the use of Prime System. Experienced project managers, application specialists and developers provide technical and consultative assistance during this phase.

Elaboration
Both parties begin system adoption by introducing the expected changes with proper documentation. Development and Test environments are prepared.

Conversion
Create, test, and accept converted data and processes, and ensure that all features are working as expected. A transition strategy is proposed for moving from the current system to the new system.

Transition
The customer performs acceptance testing (UAT). ACLT trains end-users and transfers or migrates legacy data. Both teams verify that all aspects of the system are ready for Production. The customer plans for production support infrastructure.

Production
Both parties measure and fine-tune system performance and decommission old systems while organizational knowledge and skills are improved. The team devotes attention to post-production and operational support.
